The evolution from I-SOFT came from a specific need: achieving a more stable and effective thermal barrier that could be integrated into seamless garments without altering existing production processes.
To meet this requirement, we developed I-SOFT PRO, an advanced treatment that uses a three-dimensional (3D) texture and longer, thicker filaments to increase the functional thickness of the fabric and improve overall heat management.

This structure enables:

• higher density in areas that require greater insulation, while preserving breathability where needed;
• improved thermoregulation, thanks to volume, micro air-cavities and controlled heat distribution;
• enhanced moisture absorption and breathability, maintaining the comfort expected from seamless technology;
• a softer hand feel, with a significantly higher level of thermal protection.

We developed this technology to support brands looking for a more advanced thermal solution than traditional I-SOFT—without relying on paddings, additional layers, or complex structural modifications.
With I-SOFT PRO, the thermal function is built directly into the knit architecture, expanding design possibilities and increasing the efficiency of the final garment.
